Thyme grown from seeds in an organic way - all we do is water and leave them outside in the sunshine.
Grown, harvested and simply prepared in Sussex
We trimmed the plants recently - about the first week of June 2017 which by then were flowering and then left the Thyme outside to dry. Nothing else. We seperated most of the little Thyme leaves from the stalks in the last few days as the Thyme dried - there will still be a few little stalks left.
This would make a lovely scented ingredient for pot pourri bags, perhaps mixed with rose petals and lavender.
We are selling in 20g amount.
