For Chinese New Year 2016 we are making to order - little Monkeys. Our Monkeys are made from Merino wool on a metal frame to give the structure some flexability. Everyone will be a little different. The order will take a few days to prepare as we handmake for each Order. Mostly the Monkeys will be made to sit and will be Chimpanzees but we can make baby Orangutans - if you let us know when you Order
We build our little Monkeys in stages. First we research the shape of the animal if we havnt been able to take own photographs. Then we make a metal frame and cover this in a base colour - in this case blue black Merino wool. Then the fun bit - we add details - eyes, ears, nose, tail. The eyes in this case are little black glass beeds. Finally we added a Tibetan silver 'Hand Made' logo.
We will pack the Monkey it a small box with tissue paper to keep it stable and post Royal Mail 'Signed For' Small Parcel.
