We want you to be happy with the product you’ve bought from us so if within 14 days of receipt - unused and as it was received - which also means not washed, please contact us if you would like to return an item. We will initiate a refund process to refund your money when we have received the returned product.
To return a product, please follow the procedure below:
Please contact us with the following information:
• Your contact information
(full name, address, email, phone number)
• Your order number
• Your reason for returning goods
As soon as we receive your email, we will acknowledge with a Returns Number and our address to send back the returned product in the post to us
Please note
- It may take up to 7 days for your parcel to reach us.
- Reasonable care must be taken when packaging the parcel and returning it so that goods are not damaged in transit.
- Customers are advised to use a UK Royal Mail service that offers both traceability and insurance - please use a signed for delivery method and obtain proof of postage. This will be required in the possibility of your returned goods not being delivered.
- We ask you to cover the cost of returning the item to us upfront (and if sent from the UK using a UK Royal Mail service to return to us - we will refund this cost to you) and provide us with the tracking info
- Refunds of the product and shipping costs to return to us from the address in the United Kingdom that we sent the product initially to - will go back to original payment method.
As soon as we receive and verify the return - we will cancel your invoice which will refund your money back to you by Paypal return's procedure. How this works is available online.
