Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with the product you’ve bought from us so if within 14 days of receipt - unused and as it was received - which also means not washed, please contact us if you would like to return an item. We will initiate a refund process to refund your money when we have received the returned product.

To return a product, please follow the procedure below:

Please contact us with the following information:

• Your contact information 
  (full name, address, email, phone number) 
• Your order number
• Your reason for returning goods 

As soon as we receive your email, we will acknowledge with a Returns Number and our address to send back the returned product in the post to us

Please note

-  It may take up to 7 days for your parcel to reach us. 

-  Reasonable care must be taken when packaging the parcel and returning it so that goods are not damaged in transit.

-  Customers are advised to use a UK Royal Mail service that offers both traceability and insurance - please 
use a  signed for delivery method and obtain proof of postage. This will be required in the possibility of your returned goods not being delivered.

We ask you to cover the cost of returning the item to us upfront (and if sent from the UK using a UK Royal Mail service to return to us - we will refund this cost to you) and provide us with the tracking info 

-  Refunds of the product and shipping costs to return to us from the address in the United Kingdom that we sent the product initially to - will go back to original payment method. 


As soon as we receive and verify the return - we will cancel your invoice which will refund your money back to you by Paypal return's procedure. How this works is available online.
