If it makes it easier for you - we can hire storm lanterns to you for your big day or special occasion and make beautiful natural garlands to decorate your tables. Please contact us for this service.

Payment

The price shown next to each product is the cost of the product plus whichever postage option and other addons that you have selected.

We accept payment by Paypal, but if you don't have or don't want a Paypal account, they will also accept all major credit cards on their secure site.


Postage and Packaging

Our packages will be delivered to you in recycled packaging, to do our bit for the environment.

We will deliver by Royal Mail - but you can select 'Special Delivery' or 'Internationally Signed For' services in the UK and Europe/USA respectively. These airmail services will provide a higher level of cover and you can track our parcels winging their way to you. 

We are very sorry that postage to the States is so high so if you would like to contact us before ordering and you have a bit more time, we can send parcels to you by surface mail. Postage should work out cheaper thou take little longer as they will be travelling by land and sea. We can also organise discount for bigger orders.

Once you have made your order, please allow a few days for us to prepare the candles for you and up to a further 3 days to deliver within the UK and Europe and 5 days to the States.


Gift Certificates

Best solution for customers who dont know what to buy as a present. Just buy a gift certificate, say how much and to who and we will send this through the post or by given email. Please add your own message.

In order to use the certificate, the customer enters the code on the checkout page, and specify what they would like to buy. If the certificate is not enough to pay for the order, the customer can pay for the rest using Paypal. There is no expiry date.


Gift Wrapping Service

For an extra pound we will gift wrap your order for you, so when it arrives, you have nothing to worry about ! Please let us know before you order, if you have any colour or style preferences.
