If you are not completely satisfied with the product you’ve bought from us within 7 days of receipt and unused, we will refund your money when we have received the returned product.

To return a product, please follow the procedure below.

Email info@honeybeeswax.com with the following information:

• Your contact information 
  (full name, address, email, phone number)
• Your order ID
• Your reason for return

As soon as we receive your email, we will acknowledge with a Returns Number to be used to send back with the returned product in the post to us and as soon as we receive it - we will cancel your invoice which will refund your money back to you by Paypal return's procedure.
